 Technician Peter Batchelder, an organist from New York City, works on some of the pipes in the Orchestral String division in a chamber of the world's largest playable pipe organ located overlooking the Grand Court in the Macy's Center City Store in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania October 28, 2008. The Philadelphia Regional Chapter of the Acoustical Society of America is holding its next meeting in March.  Please save the date and join us!  The details are below.

Date:           Thursday, March 12, 2015

Tour:           Wanamaker Organ Concert and Tour

Time:

5:30-6:15 pm               Organ concert in Grand Court (meet by Eagle Statue)
6:30-8:00 pm             Tour of organ including console and pipe chambers
8:00-9:30 pm             Social time at a local restaurant (Location TBD)

Location:       Macys 1300 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107

Cost:            The tour costs $16, which goes to the Friends of the Wanamaker Organ, the organization that upkeeps the organ.

Pay as you go for the social time.
